Is it possible to made dreads that are bigger or smaller than your standard sizes?
Smaller, yes. For larger dreads the price will go up a little bit, but i can definitely make huge dreads. Email me @ ipukeglamour@gmail.com so we can discuss the type of dreads you'd like to have made.
How long does it take you to fill orders?
On the menu to the left theres a section that says "processing time". That is the current estimate on how long it will take me to get to and complete your custom dread order. That time does not include shipping time.
I need my order fast! Can i get rush processing?
Its possible. if the processing time is too long email me with the date you need your dreads or hair piece by and i will see what i can do. Rush processing does cost more. How much depends on how large the order is and when you need it by. Send me an email before ordering to let me know about the situation.
Can I wash my falls/extensions? How?
dread falls: Try to avoid washing falls as it will make them wear out quicker. I use febreeze and it works great to gets out bad smells like smoke. if you must wash them BE GENTLE. Use shampoo and preferably cool water as really hot water could make them unravel. Let them air dry. Do not brush or comb them.
extensions: Focus mostly on your scalp when washing. A lot of places say to use diluted shampoo, but i just use normal shampoo straight from the bottle. Don't use conditioner. Let the dreads air dry, don't blow dry because it may melt your dreads. Try not to wash more than once a week. Do not brush or comb the dreads.
Crin/foam: do not wash, brush, blow dry, or comb! You can go over them with a wet rag or paper towel if something gets on them and febreeze them if they smell.
Do you install dreads?
no, i only make them. When you buy a dread kit you are only buying dreads, not the installation. Just find a friend who can braid and ask them to put them in for you. I have a tutorial on how to install them here on my site.
How long does my hair have to be to wear falls or extensions?
extensions: 3 inches. Falls: long enough to put your hair in 2 pigtails and then a bun.

What types of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal, concealed cash (at your own risk),and money orders only. if you pay with a money order it will take MUCH more time for your order to be filled. if you have paypal or a credit card please pay through paypal! if you have any questions or need more info please mail me at ipukeglamour@gmail.com. I do not work on custom orders until i have received your payment.
Refunds?
we dont do refunds for custom orders. I do not offer refunds because it takes hours to make the dreads and because everything is custom i buy the hair after you make your order. Because they're made to your specifications and there is no guarantee that anyone else will want them,i cannot give refunds on custom orders.
What if i change my mind about an order?
Once i receive payment there is no refunds. this is because once i get your payment i go out and buy the materials necessary to make your dreads.
