| I already have dread extensions so i cant show you how to install them on myself. Instead, I'm going
to use my friend Matt. say hello to Matt :p. Start out by parting a piece of hair. |
2 |
|
put your fingers through the loop on the dread. if your fingers cant
fit through you can either use a crochet needle or remove the rubber
band (or push it down) on the bottom of the loop and stretch to loop
bigger. but the smaller the loop the better the dreads look once
installed. |
3 |
 | then pull the hair through the dread.
|
|
4 |
|
now braid the dread and the hair together. You know how you need 3
pieces of hair to briad? divide your hair into 2 pieces and use the
dread as the 3rd piece of hair and braid down the length of the dread.
if you dont know how to braid then wrap the hair around the dread.
either way you must divide your hair into 2.
|
5 |
 | now
you need a little rubber band. You can buy these from my site (for just
$1) or from a local beauty supply. wrap it around the bottom of the
braid to secure it.

there ya go, you've done one! now just do the rest of them...it sucks,
i know. intalling my hair usually takes 8+ hours. Its so worth it
though. |
